2) Make ExitPath a viable business, a model for our clients and the industry, so we can serve you quickly, effectively, and over the long-haul.
3) Allow us to participate in the upside with the 10-20% of companies that will someday yield a return that is many multiples of our internal investment in the company (ie. IPO or Acquisition).
